Materials: The topper is made of quality, low shed glitter card stock paper and a wooden dowel is attached.
CHOOSE CAP COLOR/ SCHOOL COLOR AT CHECKOUT.
*Please note- Paper is made out of premium, low shed glitter cardstock. Although I use the thickest I can find, it is a paper product and can be very delicate depending on the cake topper design. Please handle the item with care when removing from package.
* Please note, paper is one sided (glitter on one side, plain white on the other.)
