**ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS**

1. Select your Upper Sole / Strap Color and Size from the first drop-down menu (Upper Color & Size). Please see our size chart (Product Photo #2) or message us if you would like help with a size recommendation.
2. Choose your Bottom Sole Color (Product Photo #3). Pick a different color than the top sole as an attractive accent or to make the sand imprint pop!
3. To create your own unique sand imprint, please specify it as shown in this example:

For the best sand imprint, try to keep imprint on each foot to less than 11 characters, including spaces.
Upper case letters are larger than mixed case and tend to leave a better sand imprint.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
