This banner is made from premium card stock and each pennant piece measures approximately 5 inches in height. The pennant pieces are attached with a black satin ribbon that is looped at the ends to allow for easy hanging.
Note: The letters, graduation cap and diploma ribbon are all shimmering gold, and the flag border color is white.
