◆ This hand-painted wooden grouping includes: 1 Saying Block and any Qty. of red and/or white stars to represent your family members.
◆Each is a SEPARATE piece to be arranged to your liking.
◆ In the personalization section, please note what you would like the block to read as well as the star color(s)/Names.
Examples: "Grandma's Stars", "Nana's Stars", "Mimi's Stars", "The Johnsons", etc.
◆ Stars come in 2 color options: Red or White. If you would like names written on the Stars, please include this in the personalization section.
◆ Saying Block is cut from 2" wood and measures approx. 11" in length to accommodate 4 Stars. All other Stars are intended to sit on the side/around the block as shown in the product pictures.
Stars are cut from 1" pine and measure approx.: 2 1/2" W x 3 5/8" T
◆ As all of our items are hand cut & hand painted, slight variations in color, shape, etc. may occur.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
30% partial refund: The items has been delivered to its place, the customer did not receive it. Please contact the local post office . If still no result.
