Please leave the name, monogram, or initial you wish stitched in the notes to seller section upon checkout.
Monograms are traditionally stitched out as First LAST Middle name, so Amy Lynn Page would be APL.
Please ensure that you indicate which letter is which.
Also indicate what color thread you would like.
All embroidered items are stitched on quality blanks.
