This teddy bear comes customized as follows:
- In one leg 20, in another 24 (or the year you want).
- On the chest, the name of the student, this will be written as you place it in the personalization box.
- On the back, school name, Kindergarten, Preschool, Hight School, etc. 1 option is allowed only.
All of the personalization information needs to be left in the personalization section.
If you do not leave accurate information or information that makes sense in the personalization section, we will try to contact you. If you do not respond we will try our best to fulfill your order to your expectations.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Orders involving personalization that includes logos, signatures, or graphics that need to be digitized require additional time.

Shipment takes approximately 7 to 12 business days to reach destination countries.

50% partial refund: Customer's address is not detailed, leading to the items be returned to us.
