There are two size options; approximately 19 inches in height and 16 inches in width (OR) 24 inches in height by 22 inches in width (measurements are approximate and do not include wire hanger)

Although your door hanger will be sealed heavily with a protectant spray, I do not advise you to leave door hanger in rain, high winds, or snow. I do advise you to take the door hanger down if weather is expected.
